Dear St. Rose Family:
It’s Summertime at St. Rose.
Every morning we have Tracker's Earth outdoor camps utilizing our parking lot for drop off/ pick up taking kids out to various camps in the Northwest.
Also, Schommer's is back with us continuing the repairing of stucco, cracks, and windows to finish the North and West Side of courtyard in the church. This will seal the building envelope for a long-term fix. Thank you to those who give regularly and thank you to those who have given abundantly to help us finish this project. We simply couldn't have done it without your extreme generosity.
Seminarians are here, they have been leading reflections before Mass on Thursdays and Fridays. As well as helping with various projects this summer.
I will be taking off on Sunday for vacation in Montana. Spending some time with friends I haven't seen in 10 years, relaxing being out in nature, and slowing down. I will be gone the 12th through the 23rd.
Our Seminarians will be gone on August 1st.
Priests covering while I am away are listed below.
May this Summer we all grow in a culture of prayer, culture of healthy teamwork, and become the disciples of Jesus Christ.
God Bless You,

Being a Good Neighbor
We are blessed to have our covered structure and have shared with our neighborhood community for the benefit of all. Young and old have enjoyed playing basketball and many activities all through the year.
It has been brought to our attention that many neighbors are experiencing frustration at the noise level happening in the evenings under the structure due to those enjoying basketball. Signs are posted stating no yelling, and please respect hours of use. Please be aware and encourage all to be a good neighbor.

You have turned my mourning into dancing, you have stripped off my sackcloth and clothed me with joy.
So my heart
sing to you unceasingly, Yahweh, my God, I shall praise you for ever.
